“As soon as I entered the room, I found a large clump of hair on the floor. There was also hair on the pillow and in the bathroom, so the cleanliness was very disappointing. In addition, there were no USB charging ports next to the bed, which made charging my phone quite inconvenient.”

“My experience was ok!! I deducted a star because we had a hard time with the continental breakfast. I was told at the front desk that they offered a continental breakfast and when I arrived the next day I was stopped by an employee who informed me that the breakfast was $23 and I was supposed to have a voucher. Of course this was news to me. I was confused. On top of my friend also bought a burger and was charged $60 because the server failed to pay attention to what he was doing. The room was ok! Do not highly recommend”

“The first room I was given was not cleaned. Used soap in the bathroom a chair across the room and stained towels. Hallways smelled musty and gross. Went back down for a new room which was not that much better. Toilet was stained and gross as well. This is an older property Very Dark and in need of a makeover desperately. For the price there are better properties nearby than this. For the money I thought this property was overpriced and would not stay again”

“Beautiful place. Comfortable. But I do wish they had a time for kids to not be in the pool area without their parents. While my fiance and i were in the hot tub three young kids came over to jump in and swim. They were also splashing and no parent was there for us to ask them to stop. Other than this inconvenience because we really came for the hot tub experience…. It’s a very nice place.”
