Staff friendly and helpful, room was nicely renovated and clean. Bed was super comfortable. Location convenient for hospital access and food at the restaurant was good. The general manager was particularly helpful and pleasant - ended up chatting with her on the elevator. Finally, the Mountain View’s from the hotel are really nice and we walked to a nice nearby restaurant for breakfast.

Average hotel. My room was not cleaned 2 days in a row until I finally called the front desk and asked why it hadn't been cleaned. Everything else was ok and the hotel is in a great location.

We definitely recommend staying at this hotel. It’s newly renovated and is very nice. The front desk staff are so nice! Anne went out of her way to celebrate a good medical report we received which was extra special. If our travels take us to SLC again, we will stay here!

Great location near the university up on the hillside in a green and leafy business park. A bit of a pain to pay for parking in summer when pesky students - and high demand for parking- are gone.) really wish the air conditioning worked better - hate sleeping hot, even in just the sheet. Fix the AC and it would be 5 stars.

Beautiful views of Salt Lake Valley or Mountains depending on room. Quiet, updated rooms, large gathering room, Starbucks & eatery. Room service available. Bed could have been a little blusher but the usual down pillows and nicer Marriott linens made it as comfortable as possible. If you are visiting for medical services @ U or Huntsman they offer special rates and services.

Since we stayed at this hotel, there have been upgrades to the rooms. I was pleasantly surprised after requesting a 2-bed Queen Room only to be given a Junior Suite instead. Thank you. The only issue we experienced was the showers. To turn on the shower you have to be in the shower to do so. The water runs very cold for quite a while, and a person gets so wet just turning it on. The shower is great once up to temperature. This was a poor design oversight. Thank you

We didnt order any food, parking was good and safe

We stay here every few months for Doctors appointments. The hotel has been undergoing renovations and this last stay they put us in one of their newly updated rooms. It was nice. Restaurant is now under renovation but they still had the same menu and our dinner was great!
