It’s a very well maintained site; the kids spaces were great. The facilities were pristine. The food at the on site restaurant was very good. And the staff were superb. Nothing to fault. And the location is right next to the science museum and the aquarium. For a flying visit with 5-12 year olds this would be really hard to beat when it comes to location, quality and service.

I think the breakfast was excellent but the evening meals were not great Food was cold and had to much salt The alcoholic drinks had far to much syrup

Overall the stay was OK, but the service is so very slow! Drinks take an age once ordered, of an evening they charge you €7 a bottle of water which is free in the reception and room!

Good hotel, the room was nice and clean staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel was in a perfect location for our use.

The property is children friendly so great place to stay for families. It is also close to the airport which is convenient but it is little distant from city centre, something to be aware of. It is close to Oceanarium and Science Center which are great venue for kids and great that under 8 child care in the afternoon is included.

Excellent property indoor pool and family room with games for kids while being in a great area close to train station and easy for users. Friendly staff.

The Martinhal Lisbon Oriente was incredible. The staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful—everything you’d expect from a true five-star hotel. The experience was flawless: the rooms were stunning and exactly as pictured, the amenities were fantastic, and every detail was thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained. Everything was spotless. A perfect 10/10.

Great hotel. Easy to get and a hort walk to the train station which is convenient

My daughter tried the Spa and absolutely loved it. The therapist actually came to her room to collect her. We arrived Sunday and Hungry! Therefore decided to eat in the hotel, how lucky were we! A trio playing in the corner. Buffet brunch with all you can eat including wine! Was excellent my daughter was delighted as the Sushi was fresh and delicious. Staff were lovely, from reception to house keeping and dining room. Our rooms included kitchenettes with dishwasher microwave and fridge. Close to oriente station and especially the magnificent Oceanarium. I will definitely return here!

The team was attentive and provided excellent communication. The check in process was seamless. No wonder this is a 5 star property. There are so many amenities and they welcomed the whole family including the kids via their kids club welcome. The breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh. Would definitely stay again. Super close to the aquarium, a 5 minute walk, as well as to other restaurants and shops in a newer part of Lisbon.
