We stayed for 7 nights and had a wonderful stay. The hotel itself is so beautiful and you are taken care of from the moment you arrive. Staff are always helpful and can accomodate your requests quickly. The location was fantastic with two good stations nearby, as well as plenty of locations within walking distance. The balcony view at sunrise was amazing, the room was very spacious, and all the furniture was high quality. Extremely comfortable bedding will help you rest after a busy day, and the housekeeping staff do a great job, as well as restocking your drinks fridge and snacks every day. Definitely recommend and can't wait to return!
This was an awesome boutique hotel. We were interested in its pedigree as former Nintendo headquarters. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was extremely attentive. They offer an authentic Japanese breakfast, which we tried, but we were also able to make do with their coffee and croissants. Everything was complementary.
The definitive quiet luxury experience in Kyoto. Exceptional hospitality and meticulous attention to detail create an unparalleled sense of serenity. It is a flawless property, and I would simply never consider staying anywhere else in the city.
