Very American concept but we arrived in a storm and the parking under cover and the window check in were a boon!
I specifically booked this hotel because of the 'included free transfers to Linate Milano airport'. Then found that they only operate beween 9-5pm. So ended up having to get a taxi costing 50 Euros - not ideal!
This is a fabulous hotel. The staff are over the top friendly and helpful. The room is classic traditional decor with warmth and elegance. Fantastic bedding and beautiful bathroom. Highly recommend
