“Our flight was cancelled. We booked the hotel very last minute. When we arrived they could not find our booking. There was only one guy at reception. When we finally got our room, we found a cockroach! We were changed to another room but when we asked for a refund as this was not what we paid for, the receptionist just said: we are a hot country, what would you expect, we have them in our houses! Staff was very rude. Hotel overcrowded. I don’t recommend staying there. The people from hotels on the other hand were very helpful.”

“Checked in, the photos are very misleading. The too. We checked into, the bathroom was very outdated. Tarnished mirror, just old compared to the photos. The bed smelled like urine. We in formed staff of the bed smell and their solution was to open the window. The staff kindly moved our room the next day. This room was still outdated compared to the photos but less dirty looking. The towels were stained and as the room before everything was just old. Then we came across a cockroach. We asked the hotel staff if we could leave immediately after seeing the roach. I asked to refund the last night of my stay and They said no because I booked a non refundable rate and said that cockroaches are normal in a hot climate. We checked out a day early and booked another hotel that was roughly the same price in a much better location. The staff was very helpful and kind throughout. The only issue with this place is the out dated/ misleading photos, and yes. The cockroach roommate. I would look elsewhere, not a relaxing stay here or a place you want to spend your downtime”

“Hotel was easy to find, plenty of parking, check in was quick. Our room was set up as a twin, we asked for it to be made a double which it was immediately. The room was a little basic/dated, the bed wasn't great but we slept enough. The bathroom was tired with mould around, the towels were small and not great quality but changed every day, water pressure was good. The bar was always staffed and quick service, there was plenty of table service in the evenings. The restaurant was really good, food was tasty, loads of options and plenty of variety for our 10 day stay (even vegetarian), there's always fresh food coming out and tables are cleared very quickly. The Mediterranean restaurant was lovely, loads of fresh food. The flying pig was also great, hotel guests get a discount - be warned, food portions are enormous! The main pool was good, always choice for sunbeds in the sun or shade, we avoided the kids pool but it looked very family friendly. The entertainment team did a great job with a full programme so lots to get involved in or you could watch. The evenings were busy in the bar and it's not quite warm enough just yet so we tried to get seats by one of the few heaters. There was a good variety of performances and activities in the evenings, especially for families/kids. We used the spa once, very tired and uninspiring on entry, the treatments were good but there was loud/cold aircon and no music which ruined the ambiance. Overall was a good experience, staff were great!!!”

“Very friendly welcome on arrival. Room nice and clean. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Walkable distance to both the harbour and old town.”

“Great location in Paphos, short taxi ride or drive to the Harbour, mall, tomb of Kings etc. Rooms spacious, clean, good food, variety at night which each night themed. Nothing wowed us, nothing extraordinary. ”

“Aircon broken for our entire stay, nothing being done to fix it. It was 27° had uncomfortable sleep, if you open the balcony door you can't sleep as the larty goes on and on, also the mosquitoes bites”

“Property in a central location. Easy walking to harbour, shopping centre and town centre. Food across all days was good, with onsite Sports Bar serving really nice food (at cost). Comfy bed and spacious room.”
