Positive: The accommodation was fine and perfect for our needs
Negative: 1 The pin on the map is not where it is. The property is just a few feet from the main road (A road) between Fishguard and Cardigan. So, plenty of traffic noise.
2. Not impressed by Sykes Cottages who did their best to look like a scam. The booking did not appear on their website (although previous bookings via Booking.Com did). They sent messages full of typos and links (I'm wary of phishing). Addressed me as Mr (despite me telling them I'm female), told me to check my email address (it was completely wrong) and when I phoned them the woman who answered was in Kosovo, near Albania. Not the best way to reassure a customer. So I wasted a day before the holiday getting worried -unnecessarily as it turned out.
Summary: Large comfortable cottage, but on a main road.

Positive: The garden was lovely the property in a good location in general was dated with old charm furniture but the onsuit bathroom and Down stairs shower modern .
Negative: We were very disappointed on our arrival that evening with a 12month baby to find no travel cot after ringing around we aventually got a key for another property and retrieved a cot from the garage . On running the kitchen tap the kitchen floor began to flood the kitchen sink and the old food waste disposal wasn't connected to the pipe work infact in was rusted and hanging off underneath the sink unit . On inspection neither double sinks were fitted to the drain pipe and dangerously the waist disposal was still connected to the mains and turned on even though it was hanging off . We didn't even try to use the dishwasher as I had already mopped the floor twice trying to fill the kettle. Luckily the wash room /utility had another sink for which we ferried the dishes backwards and forward to the sink from the main kitchen and made drinks . The double bed in the back bedroom creaked everytime you moved and the traffic constant so you had to keep the windows closed even with a heat wave just to try and sleep . Meadow lands was disappointing such a shame as it was in a good location . With a For Sale sign in the garden . I have been unable to contact anyone for a refund . A Moore .
