Generally a big hotel with a lot of facilities that seems to carry the weight of being a bit cheaper than similar hotels in the area. Variable service, we had a particularly bad experience at the pool bar and a couple of hours late checkout was ridiculously expensive, thankfully a very good luggage storing option for free. The skydeck on the top floor was closed indefinitely "for maintenance". The breakfast was huge and overrun with people. We had an okey stay overall, though we spent most of our time in the city and not the hotel.
I expected more for the money. Room was not very clean. Especially the floors.
-Check in lines are long,they have a very confusing reservation processing system. - Ciao restaurant, the host is very slow and forgetful, food took a very long time to receive and it wasn't that good - 24 hrs Room service don't answer and when you call back the phone is off the hook, and you can't locate them in person and the staff will not share their location. - the mini fridge in my room didn't keep my food cold it just stayed hot and also there's no microwave to heat your food - I fell inside the bathroom shower and hurt myself, there's no bars inside the showers to hold on to and I'm still taking meds to ease my pain. Overall i will not stay there again, there so many other hotels in the area
