Positive:
It’s a beautiful hotel and the breakfast is lovely. It’s a great location.
Negative:
The lift was broken for most of the stay which was a challenge. I also think that the price of the rooms should include breakfast without that being an additional charge. The price is already high. While the rooms are lovely they are not massive or hugely superior to other places I’ve stayed.
Summary: Had a lovely stay and Bilbao is a great city.

Room was nice. Comfy. Staff helped fix a problem quickly and effectively. The reception staff (Borja) was lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was very tasty. Overall excellent.
Negative:
The sink in the bathroom made a noise as it drained. It was a minor issue. Loved everything else. Thanks.
Summary: Lovely, family friendly stay.

Great hotel with freshly renovated, modern rooms and exceptional, genuine service from the staff. The breakfast was decent, but it could use a few more authentic local additions to truly elevate the experience.
Would definitely stay again!
