Not enough warning provided as to how difficult it would be to take your baggage. No taxi, no pick up, I saw other guests who almost cried, dragging their luggage up to the hotel often on narrow oncoming traffic.”

“Really nice place, great view. Massive hill to climb. No Ubers, and near impossible to get a taxi. We couldn’t get one until day 3.
Unless you rent a car don’t book this place. Getting to and from town and the ferry with luggage is a nightmare without a car.
Walking on your own is ok, but takes time and you need to be in shape. ”
