Check in was super easy and smooth. Nice Keyless entry made check in easy and simple. Location is superb, centrally located right in the center of town. Apartment was clean and had all the amenities you can ask for. As a family of four we had a very comfortable stay. Everything was superb.

While this property was extremely clean, it was not as pictured in the VRBO photos. I selected this apartment based on the interior design, with the fresh green themed interior providing major appeal to me. It turns out that the apartment was a completely different color scheme - reddish with off white, which was not appealing and made the apartment appear more dark and dreary than the online photos. I likely would never have selected in if i saw photos of the actual apartment. Some of the furniture was different than the VRBO listing photos, which also made the apartment not as attractive - primarily in the living room; there was a different couch, dining table and book case. the rental agency said that the apartment had recently been remodeled, and the paint job did appear fresh, but we also noticed that the fridge was missing its front panel which really downgraded the quality of the kitchen area. Given that this was not a cheap rental, I would not have expected to these disapointments. Despite all this, the rental agency had excellent communications and did allow an early check in.

Perfect location - right in the heart of the historic center. Great apartment. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very helpful to have. WiFi very solid. Easy to access the apartment. Would definitely stay again.

Located in a very centralised part of historic Bologna, the apartment was perfect for our 5 night stay in the city. Very clean, quiet and the small kitchen & sitting area was ideal! Highly recommended!

The apartment was fantastic. I dont think it was the one in the pictures i originally saw but there are a few in the building. Location is amazing, right in the centre. The windows keep a lot of noise out but be prepared for some noise at night particularly at the weekend. Beds were very comfortable. We would stay again and would recommend.

We had a great stay, the apartment was clean, fantastic location next to the towers! Everything you need for your stay. Laundry room was right in the building, so convenient! Elevator up, busy location but almost completely sound proof! Only drawback was that due to construction on the towers, taxis and cars are not allowed for close pick up and drop off. The host will let you know all details you need :)

We really enjoyed our stay in Bologna and at Residence Petronio. The location was just perfect, centrally located in the historic district , just a few steps from Piazza Maggiore and the 2 towers. The apartment had everything we needed for our family of 4. Highly recommend this place.
