Positive:
The location is great.
Negative:
The room shown in the pictures is new and great, but the others are not like that, the one I got was much older and worse maintained. When we arrived there was no one to receive us and when they arrived they were a bit rude with us in the check-in process. We needed to go through the check in process again that same night because something was not properly done on their side and there were not polite at all with us when asking us this again.
Summary: Ok but not much hospitality

Positive:
The property is well-situated, offering easy access to both the main town and the attractions of Periyar Ecotourism. The room is spacious and clean.
Negative:
The accommodation does not provide dining facilities, including breakfast. Securing breakfast in the morning can present a significant challenge. For subsequent meals, guests exploring the town will find it feasible to locate dining options.
Summary: Overall, a mixed bag – some things were great, while others could have been better
