“Staff were very nice. Check in was easy. Room clean and cool, it was a hot day outside. Car park was very busy but we managed to squeeze in, cost £10p night. Breakfast was ok. Choice for cooked breakfast was ok but not very hot, buffet style. Hotel is located close to a busy road, this did not impact our stay at all but the area is a little run down.”

“Staff were extremely helpful & friendly. Good facilities, close to Salisbury Cathedral & easy drive to Stonehenge. Bed & facilities in the room were excellent.”

“Lack of service and solution oriented front desk when I had an issue with the room (lack of hot water). Was practically degraded instead of compensated. In addition poor information from front desk during check in.”

“We used to stay here years ago and it's slowly gone down hill. Breakfast ok but nothing fantastic. Used to be much better service. Room was terrible - absolutely roasting with a ridiculous small fan which did nothing.”
