Mill Haven Reviews
Reviewer Type: Family With Children
Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Decorated for Christmas, had everything you could need.
Negative: Mattress was a bit too soft in double upstairs, but that's personal preference. Would have liked a cupboard to put our food in, the kitchen was very full. Would have liked more wood for the wood burner, as it was one of the reasons we selected this property.
Summary: Amazing location with homely feel to house.

Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Warm and cosy on arrival. Felt like we'd arrived at someone's home. Well equipped and furnished. Had everything we needed as a party of four. Maybe more crockery recommended if a larger group.
Loved the location right next to the castle watermill gardens & cafe. We were there to hike for a few days & so many great walks from the doorstep.
Negative: Checking out at 0930 on the Sunday, it's a little early.
If anyone is visiting the castle on leaving, it doesn't open until 1000.
Summary: Loved it, highly recommend
