My property is five acres of a gradual wooded hillside, 450 feet of oceanfront at the end of a dead end road. The house is 75 feet from high tide, which is just far enough to not be swept away. No houses can be seen from the house and no lights can be seen on the 200 degrees of coastline of Muscongus Bay. Bring your canoes and kayaks because you will need them.
