Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Location was really good, apartment was clean and comfortable and very well equipped. The temperature in the apartment was really good at all times. Having an underground garage was a great bonus. Great views from around the apartment.
Negative: We think the apartment would benefit from an information pack. This would contain any information about the apartment and equipment as well as any useful information on the local area. We would also appreciate having an iron and ironing board. Maybe if guests are arriving late on a Sunday a small welcome pack with milk, bread etc even if a small charge was made. It was a problem with all local amenities closed when we arrived.
Summary: Thoroughly enjoyable trip, loads of snow was a bonus.

Positive: Modern, spacious and clean with great facilities
Negative: No instructions on the use of any appliances. We only realized the electric blinds were there on day 2 and we always had to access the house through the car park because we didn’t have a fob for the front door
Summary: Very nice apartment in a lovely location

Positive:
Excellent location, spacious apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms with showers
Negative:
The landlord's response time was slow; we didn't receive instructions on accessing the room even after sending a message via Booking for over 24 hours. Despite calling the landlord three hours before arrival, we were informed that the access passwords would be sent around 12 o'clock. It would be beneficial to receive relevant information immediately after the reservation confirmation. The check-out time of 10 am seems early, especially considering the check-in time is allowed after 3 pm. The room lacked decorations as shown in the example photos. Additionally, the parking space is quite narrow, especially for larger vehicles like SUVs. There's room for improvement in the landlord's communication and politeness, particularly in addressing misunderstandings.
