The hotel's automated check in nearly failed me catastrophically. I was never sent the checkin details promised over WhatApp. When I tried to contact the hotel (at midday) all I could reach was an AI bot that was unable to find my reservation and that couldn't give me contact information for the hotel. The phone number listed wasn't useful either -- I tried it and never got past the automated menu. So I went to the hotel to check in and found 3 other guests, all failing to get in. The keycards weren't working...we only got in because another guest inside opened the door for us. Also, the automated check-in process seems really insecure with some pretty obvious vulnerabilities.

There was time schedule for opening time in the reception. But many times it was closed.

Clean room and no issues. A bit worreid about losing or forgetting my key card as there was no staffed reception in the evening, only check-in through screen at entrance.

No reception service - no early or late check-in available-you are facing a machine that only works from 2pm while people start arriving and building a pool. That day I had no access to my card and used cash. The local tax could only be paid by card in order to retrieve the key. You can not explain to a machine you need to pay cash. I was lucky my friend could help me out. For few hours during breakfast service there is a reception. I had a late flight and would have paid for a late check out. Not possible. This is poor service!!! However the room is good. The shower lovely and the location close to the tube station. If you prepare for the machine checkin the rest is fine and the rooms good.

Check-in user-experience for first-timers is terrible, at least when booking via a third party (like hotels.com). You get an email which asks for a travel ID for the self check-in. I had none as I booked via hotels.com, and I did not get the information that I can check-in directly in front of the hotel WITHOUT any travel ID, just my name. It took me a lot of time on the phone, hearing recorded informations (but not useful for my case) and trying to reach any human who told me I can check-in in front of the hotel. In the morning I got the information from a very uninterested hotel employee, that there is no breakfast, as nobody has pre-ordered one. So they do not open the kitchen for breakfast. The only positive experience: The room itself was ok (when you are happy to get there). Referring to the mk hotel homepage where they speak about a "modern service concept supported by passionate employees": Please use some professional support to design your (digital) customer communication and interface.

Nice quiet but very basic stay. Good bathroom facilities. Limited parking space.

Nice, but small, room - very clean and tidy. Just what I needed.
