We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We're happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

LIVING SPACE:
As you enter, you are immediately greeted by the open concept living space. The mid-century living room is complete with a sectional, armchair and Smart TV with super-speed Wi-Fi to binge-watch your favorite shows. The living area flows nicely into the luxury kitchen complete with new stainless-steel appliances, quartz counters, island cook top and mounted hood. All utensils, cookware, glassware and dishware are supplied for your stay. The dedicated dining area offers seating for 6 and the counter island provides extra seating for 2.

LOWER LEVEL:
The basement is designed for entertainment and relaxation, with a second living room, dining area, kitchen, and game space. It features a cozy sectional couch, Smart TV, foosball table, retro game console, board/card games, and a large dining table for 6. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, oven, and stove, making it perfect for storing drinks and snacks while playing games. The basement also includes a laundry room with detergent and dryer sheets, and a pack n play and booster seat for families with young children.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Enjoy the great outdoors on the beautiful backyard patio. Equipped with a propane grill, comfortable seating, and a shaded cover, it's the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails or casual meals. The fenced backyard offers plenty of grass for kids to play, and the driveway features a basketball hoop for some friendly competition. Parking is available for up to 4 cars on the driveway and additional street parking is available.
The patio furniture will be put into storage for the winter months.

Exploring Denver and its amazing surroundings is easy with a rental car or ride-share service. Denver's public transportation system is reliable, but it doesn't provide the same level of freedom as having your own vehicle. To get the most out of your stay, we suggest renting a car or using a ride-share service.
