Modern Apartment 2BR 6P Eiffel Tower | Apartment in Quartier de Javel, Paris

Apartment itself was fine, but communication with host was non-existent. We had issues with internet connection at first (as mentioned by other reviews), but was able to troubleshoot ourselves as no response was received. Bathroom sink is motion activated, and it worked poorly at first and then basically stopped working. Batteries probably died for this and the shelves below were wet. Host was informed about this issue, again no response. Otherwise, the space was ok, it’s not large but as promised. Walls due let in a lot of noise and control of the heating/cooling system is a bit complicated, so just need to open windows to cool. It is NOT 15 minutes walking to Eiffel Tower, it’s more like 30 minutes, which would have been helpful to know ahead of time. It is close to metro, which was nice. For the price, probably would not stay here again, but mostly because of complete lack of communication from host and acknowledgment that there is someone to communicate with- thankfully no major issues appeared.

We enjoyed our stay in this small, cozy, and comfortable apartment. The location is excellent — right near a metro station and just across from a supermarket, which made everything very convenient. However, we didn’t receive any email with access codes or instructions before arrival and had to keep calling customer care. Since the support team was remote, it took some time to get help. We also didn’t receive the Wi-Fi password, and the kitchen had very few utensils, which made it hard to cook or even heat simple meals. A microwave would be a great addition. The apartment was listed for six people, but there were pillows and blankets only for four. Despite these small issues, the place itself is lovely and well located — perfect for a short and simple stay once everything is set up.

Excellent location for convenient access to the subway, a shopping mall approximately 5 minutes away, and a grocery store right at the doorstep for all the necessary items, Check-in and check-out were both extremely simple,

Lovely apartment for a long weekend - we had 3 guests staying and it was ideal, Spotless, great location close to restaurants (though not right in the heart of tourist attractions, which is nice for a more peaceful experience in Paris), Unfortunately, the internet was down during our stay and we couldn't get it to work at all, so it would be wonderful if this issue could be resolved

The apartment was beautifully furnished and in a fantastic location, Right across the street is a supermarket, Within minutes, you'll be by the Seine enjoying the view of the Eiffel Tower, It was truly amazing! However, the apartment was quite dirty, The dishes, corners, bathroom, and even the floor were really not clean, Each of us found a long black hair on our sock at least once, despite all of us being blondes, That was a bit gross, Apart from that, our expectations regarding the decor and location were completely fulfilled,
