Please take note of the following house rules:
1. Guests should Not smoke inside/outside. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes,Vaping etc. This is a strictly no smoking home.
2. Guests should not bring any pets
3.No Parties permitted
4. No charging of electric vehicles on the property
If these rules are not followed additional charges will apply.

Heating + Cooling: The home is fitted with ducted central heating and cooling, this can be controlled by the black control mounted on the wall with wallpaper located in the hallway
Appliances: The property has several household appliances/electronics which you are welcome to use, these include:

1.The washing machine
2.The Dryer
3.The dishwasher
4.The oven
5.The microwave
6. Cooktop
7. Tv , Netflix and apps are available please use your own details to log in and log out when you done .

Please ensure that oven/microwave/cooktop are cleaned after use.Additional charges will apply if appliances are left dirty and cleaning is required for those appliances. There will be a cleaning fee of $390 if the house is left dirty and messy.

Please ensure all dirt and rubbish is thrown in the bins provided. Bin Collection day is on Friday Morning please ensure that the bins are put out on the nature strip latest Thursday evening.

Please ensure all dirty towels to be placed in the washing machine or washed before check out. Any soiled or stained towels will be charged to you.

Any soiled or stained bedding will be charged to you if not kept clean.

Please ensure when you leave the property all lights and appliances are turned off any excessive use of electricity will be for your account.

No washing of vehicles on the premises.

The kitchen has some grocery items which all guests can use.

Please ensure you take care of the property no slamming of gates and doors any damages will be charged to you.
