This modern, newly renovated home comes with a treehouse, hammock, outdoor sectional with a wood burning fire pit, and an outdoor grill for all to enjoy the Texas Panhandle weather. It is located 30 minutes from Palo Duro Canyon, a few blocks from the infamous Route 66, and Downtown Amarillo. Easy access to I-40 and I-27 will make your stay more enjoyable.

The space
This beautiful home has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms with a modern feel. This home can sleep up to 9 people, which is wonderful for a family retreat after a long day in the canyon.

Bedroom #1 is equipped with a queen bed that can sleep 2 people with an en suite. A fan is present in this space for your.

Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and futon to sleep 3 people and a large fan. This room is equipped with extra linen in the closet.

Bedroom #3 has a full size bed to sleep 2 people and is conveniently located across the hall from the full guest bathroom. There is also a cozy reading nook stocked local magazines. There is also a fan is in this room for your convenience.

Bedroom #4 serves as a sleeping space and den. Equipped with a twin size daybed and futon. This space also has a fireplace and foozeball table for your enjoyment. The closet in this space houses extra linens, blankets, and pillows. A 55" smart TV and ROKU remote are available for streaming.
This room also has a fan to use at your convenience.

The living room comes with a comfortable faux leather couch and additional chairs to enjoy the 65" smart TV with ROKU capabilities. Sheer curtains and a faux fireplace promote a private and cozy area for family gatherings.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and oven, LG fridge, microwave, and toaster. All cooking utensils are available along with silverware, plates, and cups. Hand towels and mittens are also available.

Enjoy the coffee nook located in the hallway behind the dining room. A Keurig coffee machine, K cups, sugar, creamer, and coffee cups are all available in this area.

There are steps throughout the house to serve the addition of our updated 80 year old home.

Please be sure to watch your steps carefully at doorways to prevent any injury. Also, this home has some elements that have been restored to their original place, so please excuse the creaking of flooring and sounds of the boiler.

Neighborhood cats are present, but are very friendly to visitors.
Pets are welcome, but must be house trained and an additional $40 fee will be applied for a maximum of 2 pets. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
