Positive: The property was very clean and nicely located in the Runaway Bay Area. Didn’t care for the pool. Not much to do on the exterior of the property.
Negative: The husband “Host” doesn’t belong in the hospitality business. There’s a difference in being friendly and helpful verses being intrusive and invasive which he was. He also called us a racial term. I have travelled a lot and never encountered a host that was this intrusive. The place only accepts cash and the hosts lives on the property. Those are red flags but I decided to still book. The female host was very nice.
Summary: Do not pay cash again and be wary of staying at resorts with owners. The place is clean.

I cannot say enough about Adrian and Maureen! Beautiful couple and beautiful place! We had a small mishap and they handled it right away! The grounds is beautiful and they have a lot of amenities! The food, service and rum punch was excellent! I would recommend this place to anyone! My bestie and myself enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to stay again!
Negative:
It rained the entire time we was there; that was the only dislike. We still made the best of our time in Jamaica!
Summary: It was just comfortable and beautiful!
