Positive:
For us very convenient location off the motorway after a long journey. Thought they had a clever way of housing their solar panels. Appreciated the upgrade.
Negative:
Nothing really except that a complimentary bottle of water in the room is always welcomed.
Summary: Perfectly fine for the purpose.

Positive:
I had a fantastic stay at the Mood Hotel. The hotel is modern, spotless, and very well designed. My room was big, bright, and spacious, and the bathroom was beautiful with plenty of toiletries.
The breakfast buffet was plentiful, with lots of healthy options including fresh fruit, seeds, granola, and yogurts, all well presented and delicious. There was the usual cakes and croissants as well.
There was one member of staff who was nice to me and very helpful, he helped me when I couldn't stomach breakfast and wished to have it later in my room, we laughed with each other when my taxi was late and a cyclist turned up, he also advised me where to go near to the hotel. I don't remember his name but thank you.
A comfortable, stylish stay with great attention to detail. Highly recommended.
Negative:
The Mood Hotel is modern and relaxing, but the service didn’t match the setting. Several staff members seemed stressed and on edge, sometimes bordering on rude rather than welcoming.
I was there for a race and couldn’t eat breakfast beforehand, so I asked to take a yogurt and a kiwi to my room to eat later. They attempted to charge me for two breakfasts, even though I hadn’t eaten one, which felt unreasonable and unprofessional. Luckily I spoke to a kind guy in reception about my dilemma and he assured me that he would delete it from my bill. I had a lovely dinner here as well, the pasta was lovely but I cannot really comment on the dining as a whole because I never had a dessert or wine but honestly the food was yummy.
The hotel itself is great, but the staff attitude really affected the experience. With more calm, friendly service, this could easily be an excellent stay.
Summary: A lovely hotel, shame about some of the staff.
