Rooms were spacious, great hot water and comfy bed. The area was close to everything but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. Rooms were also sound proof. Darrin was very helpful, he recommended and booked us on a great hiking tour which I can highly recommend.
Negative:
Nothing
Summary: Highly recommend Moon by Night

Positive:
The rooms are really nice with soundproof wall and aircon (you need aircon). The bed is really comfortable. The owner is super friendly and helps you with information on the island.
Negative:
For the price it would be nice to have in the room some things like shower gel etc. or instant coffee (there is a kettle and cups). Another advice: Bring USD...if you want to pay in Kip the exchange rate is not the best.

Positive:
Darren is very helpful and welcoming. The guesthouse is in a great location, far enough away from Don Det village to be quiet, but not too far. Plenty of good restaurants nearby for dinner and breakfast, and it's an ideal place for sunset. Darren helped move my bags to the next place.
Summary: Great location, great hospitality
