“All very good, big room and great breakfast”

“The hotel was great. Really nice. My only issue was with the pre purchased massage —. The front desk booked my massage immediately upon arrival and asked if I wanted a 60 or 90 min massage. I opted for the 60 min and at the end I was asked for payment which I thought was pre paid. I later learned that the pre purchased massage was for 15 min which had not been communicated to me ”

“Everything was wonderful from the food to the spacious and comfortable room and bedding.”

“Nice hotel with good size room. Room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast has a good spread of international and Indonesian food. Hotel also offer shuttle to the airport.”

“Location super accessible to airport but quiet. Our room had good view. Breakfast was more tgan adequate although the soup broth needed some reheating. Decor was amazing throughout the entire property. ”

“This hotel was amazing value for money. Very large, clean room, great swimming pool and a small gym. Buffet breakfast was very good but very Indonesian, which may not suit everyone. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and were the only ones in there, the food was very average and the wine extremely expensive, but as there is no where else in the vicinity you have no option. Very good place to stay close to the airport.”

“The hotel is great , but we were asking 4 times before they at last brought the iron into the room. The floor and the carpet were not cleaned at all during our 6 nights. The same was with the toilet and the sink. The water goes down very very slowly, so the sink is full of water. We told about it at the reception, but nothing was done.”

“A couple of downers. Crawling into the bed, something smelled of body odor. It turned out to be one of the 2 pillows had that odor. A rather big turn off. Also, only 2 large bath towels were supplied. No hand towels, no wash clothes. The large bath towels both very rough or stiff as if they were not dried in a dryer. Let's just say the towels were not soft at all. Breakfast was good, a lot of variety but nothing stands out as exceptional from the buffet. This hotel is located in the middle of nothing. It is only used for overnights while connecting flights in YIA. That's all I can see this hotel being used for. Absolutely nothing around within walking distance. ”
