“There was no microwave, fridge or wash cloths. It was loud outside all night long. Very disappointed. Will not stay here again.”

“The staff are amazing very helpful and polite. Going above and beyond can be seen in the way they work. One staff member in particular working the night shift can be frustrating and went overwhelming I am sure giving that there was no vacancies and there was a whole line of people wanting to get rooms. But this guy remained calm and stayed on task with all the many tasks that he had and got everything done and made everyone happy he was so very helpful to give alternative motels that were nearby. I really felt taking care of I know that my girlfriend had stayed here not too long ago and she said she really enjoyed the fresh coffee and how clean the lobby was clean . when she went swimming no one was really at the pool she liked how quiet and peaceful it was and she was really able to relax while she swam there was not too many towels which is okay just fine because she didn't need a pool towel, she got one out of her room. And given that a lot of rooms were already taken it's understandable the towel shortage. We will be visiting here again probably relaxing by the pool! 😎🤓 Thanks”

“Was a 100 degree day, AC didn't work, made a loud noise. People hanging out right outside windows. Left after a couple hours”

“Their air conditioners weren’t working properly; so pretty hot; even though all air conditioners cycle on and off. The room was hot; now when I went there was a heat wave in the area. Another, thing was the pillows didn’t have any pillow casings.Everything else is standard and close to average.”

“The television was intermittent. The refrigerator did not function and we lost some of our groceries. Neighbor was loud with her conversation and woke us up at 2 am. Baby roaches, pool was misrepresented in their listing. Had to ask for towels to shower. Toilet was intermittent too. Had to use ice bucket to make it flush. We're afraid of retaliation from this review as they have a $60 deposit. We only slept there, no more. Pool was too small and always occupied. I have pictures and video.”

“Only good thing about this hotel was the location. We had to change rooms bc first room had no light in the bathroom. Dirty room, didn't even appear floor had been swept. Lots of cop presence on site. Lots of homeless people in the parking lot. We did get in the pool which could have been much cleaner also. Place definitely needs some maintenance and a good scrub.”
