Positive: My family & I’s stay was amazing. First time in the snow for us & having the convenience of a shop/restaurant upstairs was awesome ! Thank you to Melissa as well at the General store for making our trip that much special (a conversation goes a long way after a long drive) The apartment it’s self was great, plenty of space for our family (we had 3 adults & a toddler), the snow was just outside the sliding door, location is beautiful & the view was amazing in the morning 10 out of 10 would recommend. Will definitely be back next year !
Negative: We only stayed one night
Summary: First & not the last

Positive: Location, facilities and cleanliness were fabulous. And the view would have been stunning but the cloud stopped us seeing much. Jumping on a bus was simple and getting a coffee even easier.
Negative: Couldn’t fault it.
Summary: Ideal retreat for a stay on Mount Hotham.

Positive:
Great location, Manager & staff friendly and helpful. The General pup upstairs was great, food was ok.
Negative:
It would of been good to have a few things like milk for tea, maybe butter & some condiments for toast. The General Supermarket had very limited supplies. You need to bring everything.
Summary: Overall fantastic place, a magic place to stay. Great MTB / walking track to Dinner Plain
