Summary: Myself and my husband came for a 1 night stay and found the room cosy and modern with still a touch of quirkyness.
Pros-- The bed was comfortable, the room had adequate extras - hair dryer, iron, fan, extra heater, towels, and tea and coffee facilities, staff nice and helpful..
Cons- not enough milks. We had enough for 1 cuppa each and we didn't come
To drink alcohol etc so more milk would be good for those like us teapots.
No handwash / shower gels in dispensers, only 1 loo roll.
There was a wedding on and we hope the newly weds and their guests had a wonderful time. However we were kept ip
With noise , going in to the early hours. By staff clearing up etc. and cars in and out all night for charging stations. My husband went to reception in the morning and they gave us a later check out time free of charge which was really appreciated.

Summary: Friendly staff, yet basic motel which is ok for a short budget value stopover. Rooms need some updating as tired looking.
The room we had had lamp covers missing and standard of cleanliness not good.
Location is quiet ,but noisy if an event is taking place.
