“Overall, hotel was fine, although lack of AC makes it very hot during the night when it’s summer.
Rooms were clean though and well maintained so as long as it’s not +20° it should be fine.
Restaurant was not great in my opinion. Service was fine but food was very average…
Parking was available with a few chargers as well that worked.”

“Everything was fine. Confusion about booking and the receptionist kept saying I need to pay extra for breakfast even though I showed her on my booking I already paid for breakfast and it was included in my booking. Turns out it was their system wide error but this whole thing wasted about 20-25 mins while she checked with her manager and confirmed it was all included in the booking. ”

“There was something wrong with the elevator and the staff handled it to the exteme. The room was very clean and the breakfast was great. If i go to Kassel again i would definitely stay here.”
