“Clean room, comfortable bed. Fun games in lobby. Only downside was the fitness center was closed due to renovations on that floor.”

“The staffs here are incredible, helpful and attentive.”

“There had clearly been some sort of leak in the hallway, there were boards and additional carpet down and it smelled strongly of mold/mildew. Our room was clean but the King bed had only 2 small pillows, not even standard size. We had to call down for more. The full sized toiletry dispenser sets had been removed from the shower, but the holder was still there. Mini travel toiletries were on the counter, but there was nowhere to set them in the shower.”

“The hotel is fine but it feels like you’re staying in a dude apartment. Not really any amenities.”

“No fridge, but we worked that out. Inviting lobby, unique look and concept everywhere. Dingy old carpeting. Said to be under construction. Both taps in the bathroom of 229 produced hot water. No cold water available. Oddly, no cups in the room.”

“Central Tempe location, perfect for ASU stuff. Hotel pontential there to be a great stay but still remodeling as of July 2026. We experienced faulty electrical issues throughout our stay; room outlet not working, door keypad dead, and light fixture glitchy. Overall safe, clean, and functional. Meh”

“Still under construction but the rooms are nice. Staff is helpful Parking all-around the hotel. Airport 14 minutes away Salt Lake River 35 minutes away Walking distance: -CVS Pharmacy (Next Door) -Donuts (Across the Street) -Starbucks (Next Door) -Tacos Halal -Crepes -Barbarshop”

“I stayed in a Moxy in another city so I was so excited to come stay. Unfortunately it was very run down and dirty. The bathroom in the lobby had a closed stall and the smell was terrible. My room felt very shabby and outdated. There were renovations happening so hopefully this is all stuff they’re working on. For the price I paid though, I wish I would have gone somewhere else. I was very bummed. I should note that the staff was very friendly.”

“They didn’t offer the free drinks. We asked and said they were out of the mix and were waiting on a new concentrate from corporate even though there was a full bar right behind the guy checking us in. The phone in the room didn’t work. There’s nowhere to put your shower toiletries in the shower. The toilet paper roll was almost gone and no replacement in the room. There was plastic wrapping all over the hotel: on the floors, doors, elevator. It felt like we stepped into an episode of Dexter. Hallways and elevator smelled like old crayons and were hot. This was my 3rd time staying here. Never again.”
