Summary: Great location! Located right on the beach next to all the entertainment! Enjoyed using the kitchen area available in the room. Facilities were clean. Room was spacious! Would recommend upgrading to the ocean view because it’s beautiful every morning/evening. 10/10

Summary: Location was perfect close to supermarket and bus route right in front of the property . View from the balcony was incredible even saw a sea turtle. Check in was easy. The room does need some updating but worth what we paid. A/C great. My only complaint was the sewer smell coming from bathroom. Had to open the windows.

Summary: The place in term of quality/price an location is unbeateable. Everything was as expected. The only issue was it took too long to receive clean towels and I had to remind many times the staff to do it.

Summary: The great parts about our stay here was the location and the ocean views. The room was spacious. The not great parts about it, you have to buy your own toilet paper for your entire stay. They provide 2 small rolls. Which is great if you’re only there for one night. But we were there longer and had to buy our own or they will sell you 2 rolls for 100 pesos. We also had a leak on the AC they came to fix it but the next morning started dripping again. There is no hair dryer. Bring your own amenities like shampoo and conditioner, beach towel ( the one they provide is very big and heavy) the elevator also only one works so you have to wait a while for it to do its runs. Only 2 ppl maximum fit inside the elevator. You can’t get in this beach because of sargassum you’ll have to uber to another location.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at Nair Mar. it may not be a luxious hotel but it is excactly the kind of place. We love to stay. A beautiful balcony view. A small kitchen . Fairly quiet except for music from one of the nightclubs. But that was diminished by the sound of waves putting us to sleep. Although there is no maid service we didn’t mind as long as we were able to get what we needed, such as towels, toilet paper etc. They were very prompt in responding to our requests.. and when we forgot our key in the room they helped us without any drama. I will definitely stay here again

Summary: First of all the view is amazing!! The balcony is nice, that being said the whole building is a little rundown. The pool area needs new chairs but it pool area is ok tho. There was no hot water im not sure if that was mentioned in the room description. The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable . All in all you get what you pay for . For what i paid , it was ok i would maybe go back. The location is amazing, on the beach, nice beach chairs. Solo traveler , felt safe there.
