Positive: Everything we needed and more. We’ve stayed together previously and loved how soundproof it was which drew us back
Negative: Unfortunately our first room has a very loud neighbour on the phone. We’d come for a city break but also to relax . Both maia and Emma on the front desk were fantastic at solving the issue for us
Summary: Wonderful

Positive:
Clean, quite well equipped, easy access.
Negative:
Airless room. It’s no use providing a fan instead of aircon if you can’t open a window.
Summary: Room too hot and inadequate ventilation. Internal view room. Would not use again on this basis.

Positive:
Loved the location, loved the vibe of the hotel and decor. It was my second stay there and I would gladly stay there again.
Negative:
I did not like that I found garbage left by previous guests in the wardrobe which left me questioning the level of cleanliness. I must say that I informed the hotel and wanted to come clean it immediately which I appreciated.

Positive:
Amazing room for the price paid. Check-in was very good - how all hotels should be but very few manage to get it right. Really stylish architecture and high quality finishings in the room. This will be my go to hotel in Manchester from now on.
Negative:
No facilities but at the price paid that was not an issue for me. Breakfast was decent in terms of volume but not in terms of choice. However, for the price paid it was decent enough.
Summary: Love this as a place to stay. Amazing location, super comfortable and a really cool building.
