“Hotel and room were spotlessly clean, with staff being welcoming and pleasant. Another enjoyable visit.
Only negative is the excessive overnight onsite parking charge. Unnecessary for a 5 star hotel. ”

“Cannot fault this hotel. What a wonderful hotel, right on the river, quiet location, walkable lovely walk to the city centre along the river, spacious beautiful room, large ceiling windows that open, amazing food and buffet breakfast, welcoming and friendly staff that went above and beyond.
Ness Walk needs to be rated 10/5. We enjoyed our stay so much we really did not want to leave. ”

“The hotel is lovely, with a pleasant setting at the river’s edge. The staff was very accommodating and seemed to pay close attention to every guest. The common areas were nicely set and included comfortable sitting areas, a restaurant, lounge, and small sitting areas ”
