“We visited Toronto for a one-night stay, and unfortunately the hotel was the only disappointing part of our trip. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share our experience so others know what to expect. The biggest challenge was simply finding the hotel. There is little to no visible signage, making it very difficult to locate. I also wasn't aware that the building is a mixed-use property with apartments and commercial space, which added to the confusion upon arrival. Parking was another frustrating experience. The entrance is located in an unmarked rear area of the building behind a closed garage door, with no clear instructions on how to access it. I called the front desk several times but couldn't reach anyone. Eventually, I received a text stating that texting was the preferred method of communication. After sending multiple messages, a staff member finally came out to the side street and escorted us into the building. Once we got to our room, it was considerably smaller than we expected based on the listing, and our view overlooked what appeared to be a junkyard. Had this been a moderately priced hotel, I might have overlooked some of these issues. However, after paying nearly $900 for one night, the overall experience simply did not meet expectations. For that price, I expected a much smoother arrival process, better communication, and accommodations that reflected the premium cost. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed and would not”

“Clean room staff very nice”

“Very nice hotel style room. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, full kitchen, laundry room and a large balcony. Do yourself a favor and pay to park on site. The only negative is the surrounding neighborhood. Looks very sketchy. Other than that, this is a hotel we will visit again if we come back to Canada.”
