“Hotel is clean enough. Our particular room-the remote control did not work, the sliding glass door was difficult to lock and secure, a doorknob the the adjoining room was dangling off the door, a smoke detector went off for over a half hour in the middle of the night and I needed to call front desk. Fridge didn’t get very cold either. It wasn’t the best stay but not the worst either. Water was nice and hot. Breakfast was not terrible. Could be better with a little love. But convenient and clean enough.”

“Breakfast was very good.
Room was very clean.
It was helpful to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room.
The air conditioner was extremely loud and made it difficult to get to sleep. The bathroom fan was attached to the bathroom light so that using the bathroom at night also required having a loud fan noise.
We couldn’t get the little coffee maker in the room to work properly.”

“This was the second time I’ve stayed at this location, first time under New Englander Inn name. Both times I was impressed by how clean and organized the breakfast area was. A staff member was constantly in and out cleaning up and restocking the breakfast items.”
