Positive: Friendly and accommodating staff, everything we needed for our stay, nicely equipped room.
Negative: People associated with the pub, staff/management but not working, ordered food to be delivered from Burger King. I thought that was unprofessional, especially when you serve very good food at the pub, it does not do much for your advertising. No customer would be able to bring food from other places to eat in the restaurant/garden. They should not be eating that within the view of paying customers in my opinion.
Summary: Very pleasant, huge food portions, lovely accommodation.
