“The property was extremely close to the turistic attarcations, loads of shops, and Grand Bazar. The tram station was just outside the hotel, and the hotel was right by the main road, we didn't need to go up any hills to reach the hotel as it was on a flat road. People who have previously been to Istambul know what I mean by this.
The breakfast was diverse, and I loved the pomegranate juice. You might not have liked all of the breakfast options, but you could have surely found something that you liked.
Every single staff member was so nice and so accommodating. The lady who cooked breakfast was always greetings un wirh a smile on her face and the guys at the reception were always friendly.
On the last day, we had an issue with the taxi that we have personally booked, and two of the staff ( Ibrahim and I think the manager) have personally helped us to communicate in turkish with the driver to be able to locate him and one has carried my huge luggage for me for quite a while, and ensured we got onto the taxi safe.
Perhaps when booking your transfer taxi take into account that there might be some barriers that are closed and the driver migh not be able to come to the hotel, or just speak to the receptionist to book the transfer for you.
The room was very big, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We had big windows, and the AC worked perfectly. The shower room was a good size.”
