Positive: This is a nice, clean apartment. Comfortable balconies offer pleasant view towards the sea. The little restaurant/ food store within the building has a great selection of ready made dishes/ham, cheese, pastries.. at a reasonable price, with very kind staff.
The communication with the owner was always easy, friendly, fast and helpful.
Negative: Kitchen equipment could contain a bit more items (more glasses, plates, larger bowls..), but quality was really good.
The only downside of our stay was that some very loud noise came from time to time from somewhere in the building, like a short, loud drill...woke us up at night several times. It would be worth looking after the source of this noise, it was really annoying in an otherwise so pleasant stay at this place.
Summary: Great, clean appartement with nice sea view.

Positive: The property was impeccably presented with all the conveniences needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment included parking and this was truly a God-send since street parking was difficult to find especially for a larger car (which is what we had). We were across the road from a beach and though the water was still a little cold it was perfect for a beach walk. There is a convenience store below the apartment which also sold sandwiches, pizza and other hot food having arrived late in the evening, this too was a God-send. Just a short walk away there are many cafes, restaurants, bars and even a supermarket and more.
Driving around was challenging but then that is Sicily!
Thank you New Panorama for a memorable holiday.
Negative: The area itself was not particularly clean but the place itself more than made up for this since we were thrilled with the apartment and didn't actually spend a lot of time in the immediate area choosing to use New Panorama as a base setting out each day to explore other places.

It was very spacious and wheelchair friendly.
Negative:
There was an issue with the elevator so the access to the room was only possible by stairs.
Summary: Everything was perfect and the host was really helpful with any kind of problem we encountered.

The apartment is spacious and really well equipped with large terrace overlooking the sea. Nice pebble beach is just across the street. The Etna view just behind the building.
Negative:
Dirty neighbourhood with trash laying all around the streets. Lots of night noise from people leaving bars in the middle of the night.
Summary: We enjoed our week in New Panorama apartment, visiting the beach, Etna and other attractions.
