Our apartment is located at Tin Hau which is close to 24 hours Convenience stores, resteraunts,Bars, Supermarkets, grocery stores, pharmacies, laundry, massage salons, cafes, bakeries, bus stops & tram stop. Easy access to everything you may need in the neighbourhood.
You can do simple cooking in the apartment. However, most visitors would be unlikely to do that because of the wide variety of famous restaurants nearby: Local HK style, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, western food, street food and Desserts for late night snacking. Needless to say. The neighbourhood is also well served by McDonalds, Pizza Huts, Subways , Starbucks, Pacific Coffee and other fast food chains.

Facing Victoria park (the largest park in Hong Kong Island) which has newly constructed (2013) Swimming Pool, with 5 different children's playgrounds, jogging tracks, green fields, basketball/ tennis/ lawn bowling courts, a pond for remote control speedboat races etc)
To airport : 60 minutes by Bus A11 (stop right under our apartment ), 30 minutes by airport express (HK$100), 45 minutes by taxi (HK$300)
- 5 minutes walk to the nearest MTR station ( Tin Hau Station ) - 45 minutes to Disneyland
- 20 minutes to Ocean Park by Bus - 15 minutes to Lan Kwai Fong, Central by MTR - 4 station away from Central, Financial District - 4 station to Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon - 1 minutes walk to fresh vegetable & fruit market
- 4 MTR stops to Airport Express Station and in-town check in
- 1 MTR stop ( or 15min walking) to Causeway Bay
If shopping is your main interest, Causeway Bay is where you must go. Even though a relatively compact area, it would still take many days to work your way through its endless shopping malls, department stores, boutiques and market stalls.

Wilson's flat is everything as he described. We enjoyed our stay. Ideal location, convenience with transportation, thank you for hosting us.
Absolutely a phenomenal apartment given the amenities and how easy the owner makes a seamless transition. This was the first time I have rented an apartment overseas and now… will continue to do so. Wilson had a pamphlet of information for eating, dining, laundry areas, etc; the mobile WIFI was very convenient, fully stocked kitchen to include drinks and fruit. Clean linen, and plenty of nice, big, clean towels (better than some hotels I’ve been in)! Inside the apartment is spacious enough for 8-10 people for get-togethers, and 5 people to sleep comfortable (bunk bed in one room, queen in the other bedroom and a futon in the living room). There are plenty of power sources and adapters for all electronics (from U.S), blue-tooth stereos (one in each room), and a main sound system in the living room; we used our IPhone’s for music. Air-conditioning in each room and worked great! Shower lasting about 15 minutes for hot water, then may have to give it 5 minutes for other persons. Elevator to the room on 5th floor (cool experience) and big window in the hallway leading to the front door if you smoke. Don’t let the outside look of the apartment fool you; it’s outside appeal isn’t terrific, but that didn’t matter to us. Apartment is centrally located for nightlife entertainment. Wilson spoke very good English and ensures you are happy with your stay! Recommended!!! We will stay again next year!!!
