A nice hotel. However I had requested a quote room as special request but the room Was having main road with intensive road work and a Lot of noises. Very disappointed. They daid the hotel was gull ! Finally they did extend our stay by one hour until 14:00 but when we came back at 12:35 to take a shower and go we noticed the cleaners are altars in the room and there was no facility to take shower before we leave. Again very disappointed. I expected more from A 5 star hotel.

Just had a bad, bad check-in experience where the staff offered not even a drink of water while waited and things just seemed to go from bad to worse although the manger stepped in to help snd profusely apologize, but then the next day there were these large charges on my bill that no one could account for and no one seem to care that these weird charges were on my bill. It just was not the five star experience one would expect at this level of a hotel quality.
