Location on the river was great
Negative:
I had a garden bungalow but unfortunately they have let the garden between the restaurant and the bungalows become a literal junk yard. Such a shame
Summary: Great location but needs some updating and a clean up of the garden

Positive:
Great view and just off the pier.
The staff were nice.
Negative:
We went for the best room but was very sparse. No real toiletries or hairdryer.
Was the most expensive room on our trip but wasn’t worth the money.

Positive:
Hotel right next to the river with great views from the balcony. Incredibly quiet and peaceful - a good place to unwind and relax. You can eat at the hotel or one of the close by restaurants - they all serve pretty much the same thing - good local fresh food. The facilities are quite basic but in Muang Ngoy, that's not a problem.
Negative:
There was sometimes a bit of a damp smell in the bathroom.
Summary: Great place to relax and unwind
