“The property has many amenities for long term residents also making it convent for doing laundry and having pastime activities at night. The area is right off the 8 and 9 streetcar lines making it convent to get to the city center. The only pitfall was the confusing check-in process and mergers of staff being very hard to contact. Otherwise, good value for money.”

“Had an issue with the hotel / hotels.com booking the wrong room type. Ended up with one single bed for two adults. However, I showed reception the booking at my end and they quickly resolved it. So that was appreciated!
The hotel room was lovely and spotlessly clean. Zero complaints at all. There’s no TV’s in the room but not really a drama if you plan to be out and about.
It seems like it’s out the way a bit but it’s a nice 20 min walk to the centre, or a 2 min walk to the tram station where it’s only 5-10 mins on the tram to the centre.
The self service check in was good. The only issue is though if you have an issue you can’t access a person unless you go through the main door but you can’t go through the main door without a key card. I wanted to check in early and leave my luggage which I couldn’t due to this, but fortunately another guest was leaving so I managed to get through the door to speak to someone.
Would definitely stay again!”

“I loved how modern and clean it was. Loved the laundry facilities and really good WiFi.
Only negative part is that the apartment has no airflow. No fans anywhere so it was very stuffy. Opened the balcony door and it did not help at all so very hard to fall asleep. I like the super eco-centric approach but not if it forgets some people comforts.”
