Occupancy & Visitors
Maximum of 10 registered guests at all times.
Additional visitors must be approved in advance.
No unauthorized gatherings or events.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. We’ll always do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.
Late check-out fees may apply depending on the length of the extension.
No Smoking
This is a strictly non-smoking property (indoors).
Any evidence of smoking inside will result in additional cleaning fees.
Noise & Respect for Neighbours
Please respect the peaceful nature of the area.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
No parties or events.
Hot Tub Guidelines (Available after April 2026)
Shower before entering the hot tub to help maintain water quality.
No glass in or around the hot tub area.
Do not adjust settings or tamper with equipment.
Please replace the cover after each use to retain heat and cleanliness.

Waterfront & River Safety

Please be cautious on docks, steps, and shoreline areas as they may be slippery.
Do not leave any belongings or garbage near the waterfront.

Please ensure doors are locked when leaving the property. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub.
