Positive: Friendly staff , excellent check in, I had a single room which was quite large, easy parking, and a great location. My room overlooked a wooded hillside with a partial sea view to the right. I had a restful night’s sleep.
Breakfast next morning was great, efficient staff,
Full English with cereals and juices etc.
On the whole I would stay here again.
Negative: The furniture in the room was a little dated but perfectly acceptable for the price.
Summary: Great short break.

Very rundown in communal areas, dirty carpets, in need of refurbishment. Stayed in suite with sea view. Lovely big room but scruffy with torn lamp shade and whole room in need of a makeover and redecoration.
Summary: Hotel in lovely position. Staff were excellent. Restaurant food was very good and waiting staff were first class.
