“The stay was a good value for the price. However, the guests in the neighboring room were very loud, and there was a noticeable smoke odor in my room. It would be helpful to improve noise control and enforce the no-smoking policy more strictly.”

“This place was awful. The hallway was pleasantly cool, but our room was muggy and hot for the duration of our stay despite the air-conditioning. In addition, people seemed to be constantly talking and slamming doors in the hallway. Between the heat and the noise (which seemed to go on from 1am until 5 in the morning), my kids and I barely slept. On top of that the entire place smelled like cigarettes and air fresheners. Would not recommend, never again!”

“Nice property in a not so nice area. Loud staff members in the hallways at all hours and loud street noise made it hard to rest. The rooms were nice and seemingly new furniture and overall a very comfortable room. The only major drawback about the Nova is the overwhelming smell of marijuana coming into the room from the other rooms and hallways. It seemed like the other guests were actively smoking marijuana and the whole hotel smells of marijuana.”
