Positive:
Restaurant is great and also the breakfast , staff is friendly
Negative:
It was incredibly frustrating to connect it to the TV; sometimes I spent up to an hour trying, and it still didn’t work. I reported this several times. Also, during the first week, the sink wouldn’t drain because the stopper wouldn’t lift properly. The way this was fixed was pretty odd—they just unscrewed the stopper and left it open with the loose part right next to it, which obviously didn't smell very good. The second week, in a different room, the Wi-Fi was... again, and I had to shower quickly because the water wasn't draining fast enough... It could be a little neater, if I may say so.

Positive:
I liked everything about this hotel, perfect location nice clean rooms good facilities 10 out of 10 however as for the staff I would give 1 out of 10 because night shift reception is only one person working so can’t cover everything.
Negative:
I called the reception in the night asked him for one extra blanket because we were four of us and we only had two blankets,he said yes I will bring you a blanket right now, half hour later I called him back and asked him where is my blanket he said I’m on my own don’t have time,i was very very disappointed because I had two kids in the room and we were left freezing all night.
Summary: I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families.
