Nugget Casino Resort | Resort in Sparks, Nevada

“Very nice stay. I will be coming back again. Thank you”

“The pool and hot tub are amazing!”

“Everything was really great. If I had one thing to say, I would say the Air Conditioner was not that great. Very hot room even after the sun had gone down. Otherwise staff was great and we really would recommend this place to others.”

“Was not informed before booking that there is a resort fee. The restaurant well the food was not that great, we waited to be seated and were ignored by the hostess.”

“Everything was satisfactory and good .would definitely stay again in the future”

“Front desk staff were horrible. Most people weren’t able to check in until 4;30 or later because rooms weren’t ready. After getting help from the VIP lady and asking if there were ANY rooms available right away, she said yes and helped us get into a room. The other front desk staff didn’t offer another room and just assigned us one that wasn’t available.”

“Had a good stay, but could've used a different coffee, since French is pretty strong, and a microwave.”

“There are pros and cons to this resort. The pros are that if you are attending an event at the outdoor nugget event center, staying at this hotel was super convenient. That being said, I don’t particularly care for this venue. You are literally baking in the sun with no shade until the sun starts to go down. Parking is usually free, but because it was hot August nights, we were charged $20 to Park, which was not disclosed at the time of booking. Because it was hot August night and a Shinedown concert, the nugget should have prepared a little bit better. They only had three staff members at check-in, so the line was awful. It took forever. I attempted to check in at one of their kiosks, however, it was broke. So they need to do better there. The room was fine, we were in the resort tower and it was nice and quiet. Excellent shower pressure which is a huge plus for me. The drawback to this room was that the comforter was dirty, it literally looked like there was a skidmark on it so we had to call housekeeping to get a better comforter. We were running short on time so we tried to grab a snack at the Starbucks, but they were literally sold out of every single breakfast and lunch sandwich. Again, poor planning for a big weekend. I wish the casino would invest in some kind of an air filtration system, because the cigarette smoke is pretty heavy. When I walked out of the casino, I literally smelled like an ashtray, and for a non-smoker, that’s disgusting.”

“Great spot, excellent value, the build your own bloody Mary bar was a perfect way to start my day, & the amazing pool/hot tub always keeps me coming back.”

“Easy to get to right off I-80, great food at 24/7 cafe on property, easily our best& favorite room on a long road trip.”
