“Room was cleaned very late (around 4:30 daily) - too late. Also the toilet does not flush properly. Needs to be flushed at least 3x. Night table falling off the wall. Other than those things hotel is good and in nice area.”

“The room was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed such as a small refrigerator, microwave and 2 tvs that separates the lounge area and our bedroom. Bed was clean and very comfortable. We used the valet service that was provided free of charge and they provided a very simple text messaging service to request for your vehicle. During our requests, our vehicle was ready way ahead before we were even ready. Awesome valet service. The breakfast was also very good with different selections for the 2 days we were there. The pool area looked very nice with its own bar area but we didn't use it. Location of the hotel was very close to other restaurants and mall which allowed us to walk to within 2 to 10mins. The only negative was when I needed ice, it was only available in the lobby area and not on each floor. Would definitely stay again.”

“overall, my family of five love the hotel only complaint is because there’s no carpet and it’s a clean hotel there if you get really cold in hotel, but no problem you can adjust the temperature. The other thing was the water didn’t get as hot as we used to at home, it was pretty warm. I don’t know if that was because of the Florida weather of not wanting to make the water too hot last sleeve. It wasn’t much in the room so it’d be nice if it came with maybe a pack of soap for the washer some other items for the kitchen just to get you started it seem like it was just a cost for every little thing that we needed and if I would’ve known, we didn’t get any starter packs I would’ve purchased some soap independently because the boxes of soap was a dollar piece. I really love the pool. The rooftop pool would be nice to have more variations with the breakfast as it seemed to be more Hispanic than breakfast items just to fit the culture in the area as it is more the hotel geared more to Spanish population, but they were really kind to hold our luggage before our room was ready. We were able to check in. You also have bicycles that you could rent as there is a lot of things nearby like shopping eateries they also provided pool towels, which was great. Didn’t have to worry about that but overall we will return. We’ll just make me a little bit more prepare for things that we need that’s not provided.”

“The housekeeper was amazing. They were very attentive. Reception was good. The breakfast young girls were very polite and helpful. This is my second time staying there. The pool was nice and hot. Everything super clean. Next year ill stay here again. I love that place!!!!”

“Place was clean and friendly. However there were issues I have noticed. One was the bathroom was small and the shower had a glass partition with no door. It didn't have a lip on the floor to separate it from the rest of the bathroom. So when you shower, all the water floods the floor. Also wets the toilet paper. The bed had springs, so it was a bit uncomfortable. They also fine you $50 if you don't bring your cart back right away or if you don't return your pool towel back to room. Drinks are expensive. Like $15 a cup at pool. Other than those things. It iwas fine. They do have valet which was nice.”
