A very nice guest house run by a very attentive and helpful couple. The room was pleasant although it lacked a full wardrobe, just an open hanging bay. The parking was easy to access. Please note that the photo in Hotels.com is misleading in that the property is not on the sea front , it's about a 10 minute walk inland, though that wasn't a problem for us.
Breakfast is delicious and cooked with fresh ingredients. Tim and Teresa are friendly hosts
Enjoyed a few days staying here whilst visiting Dorset. Oaklands is way better than the other places I have stayed in Weymouth in the past. It's full of character, well located (close enough to the sea front to be convenient but far enough away to be quiet) and had many nice touches. I would throughly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area.
