Summary: 2 nights stay in October. The room is very well maintained and super clean. Ask for a room that faces the back of building as the front room can be a little noisy due to street noise. Another minor issue was how warm the rooms were even with AC - my party with 3 different rooms all thought the rooms are too warm. You can open the windows but the you get street noise.

Summary: The room was clean and the bed was comfy with a variety of different pillows.
Check-in was a self-service tablet which failed and wasted everybody's time.
The hotel was mostly quiet at night other than a bit of banging from the room above.
The hotel rooms are air conditioned however the temperature is centrally controlled and cannot be adjusted individually. The room was still too warm for me to sleep on the first night and they do not provide fans.
The staff were efficient however and the room was cleaned every day.
The hotel is very close to a large shopping mall with everything from Aldi, fashion shops and a Media Markt which was handy because I needed a power bank. It also has a food court.
The train station is also very close by with multiple train connections and an underground station on the U8 line which provides quick and easy access to Alexanderplatz where many of the main attractions are situated, with quick transport connections to the rest of the city and beyond.
